Arthur J. Altmeyer Building Modernization
Modernized a landmark SSA building with full fire alarm and sprinkler/standpipe replacement, a resized fire pump, and stair and elevator upgrades to meet current code.
Minnesota State Capitol Restoration
Supported a historic capitol restoration with code and life safety analysis, sprinkler design, smoke control assistance, and alternative equivalencies.
Lube Tech Facility Upgrade for HazMat Storage
Helped a warehouse conversion support flammable liquids, aerosols, and high-piled storage through code analysis, permit documentation, and upgraded sprinkler, alarm, and venting systems.
