OUR CORE MISSION

A Holistic Approach to Fire Hazard & Risk Assessments

To ensure system designs meet your specific needs, our team of licensed professional fire protection engineers conducts a fire hazard and risk assessment of your structure, outlining the best ways to improve it.

Using that analysis, our team determines the optimal design approach for your fire protection and risk mitigation systems, ensuring the highest level of safety and compliance.

Hazardous materials

Helping Ensure MAQ Compliance.

Hazardous materials compliance is a core component of fire safety, applying to everything from university laboratories to expansive storage facilities. Fire and building codes strictly govern the types, arrangement, and maximum allowable quantity (MAQ) of materials that can be stored within a designated control area, whether on a single floor level or throughout an entire structure.

Our licensed fire protection engineers have the expertise and tools needed to analyze, inventory, and classify MAQs to maximize the use of control areas and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Hazard Analysis & Hazmat Services.

Our team provides extensive services for hazard analysis, hazardous materials, and Maximum Allowable Quantities (MAQ). This includes inventory, detailed documentation, and classification based on hazardous definition (e.g., corrosive, flammable). We also calculate appropriate storage and use amounts, determine control areas or high-hazard areas, and assist with specific containment and sprinkler design requirements.
